- Payment means
Payment for group bookings may be by Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cheque.
Pre-Payment of 50% of the total amount is payable upon signing this confirmation. If Dragonfly does not receive the pre-payment within seven working days before the appointed date, Dragonfly has the right to cancel this appointment without prior notice.
- Balance of Payment
The Remaining balance shall be paid on the same day of receiving Dragonfly's services and is payable by cash or credit card.
The actual number of guests arriving can not be less that the 90% of the reservation number above. Customer will be charged in full for a minimum of 90% of the above.
- Weekend group bookings are possible in some Retreats before 3:00 pm only.
- Please arrive at Dragonfly Retreat at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time during peak hours.
- Customers should enjoy the services at Dragonfly Retreat in your appointed time. If the delay is not caused by Dragonfly (including for example delay caused by airplane or transport), Dragonfly will not be liable for it. If the delay is caused by Dragonfly, we will give you the full time service or refund the balance of fees paid.
- Dragonfly can not accept appointment changes without at least 24 hours prior notice. Where schedules permit and with at least 24 hours prior notice, Dragonfly may accommodate appointment changes, but if not possible Dragonfly has the right to cancel the appointment.
- Dragonfly will refund entire deposit if Customer informs of intention to cancel the schedule at least 48 hours in advance. 50% will be refunded with 24 hours notice, otherwise Dragonfly shall not refund the deposit.
