Terms & Conditions
Dragonfly Privilege memberships are issued subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Privilege cards are stored value cards that must be presented at the time of purchase to enjoy the membership benefits. Without the card presented, standard rates shall apply.
- Privilege cards may be used by you or shared with your spouse or family members and can be used for parties of up to 6 people on the same day. Memberships are valid for either 12 months or 18 months from date of purchase.
- Should you lose your membership card, cardholder should return to the shop of purchase to order a replacement for RMB 20. Replacement cards will be ready for pickup within 3 working days.
- Dragonfly holds no responsibility for lost or stolen cards.
- Membership cards expire 12 months (or 18 months) from date of purchase
- Upon expiry unused value is forfeited and may not be exchanged for cash, Gift Certificates or merchandise.
