The Dragonfly Academy
In July 2006 Dragonfly launched the Dragonfly Academy.
The purpose of the Academy is multifold:
- to ensure that Dragonfly has a continual stream of qualified massage therapists and beauty technicians to man our shops
- to provide advanced professional training opportunities to our staff
- to create a recognized standard of education for the massage & beauty industry in China
- to formally certifiy the qualifications of Dragonfly personnel - for work at home and overseas
- to provide exciting career entry opportunities for qualified young people in China
- to continually "raise the bar" in China regarding professional massage & beauty service delivery
